Porter Creek Vineyards is small family winery with a rich history of winegrowing based on innovation, independence, passion and respect for the land. In many respects our Estate has the feel of a property that has been unchanged by time and the glitz of the modern wine business. Yet the principles that have guided our formation are well ahead of the time, then and now: balanced wines with soul, low intervention, integrated winemaking, and stewardship of the farm and surrounding environment.
Wine tastings are by appointment, via the Book Now link above (walk-ins are welcome – space permitting).
Our guests are treated to a sit down tasting at tables located just outside our tasting room, and in and around our Fiona Hill & George’s Hill Vineyards. Once seated for your tasting, you get to sample 5 of our wines!
Our tasting fee is $30 per person, and for every 2 bottles purchased by your group, there is a fee waived.
At this time, we can only host groups up to 6 people. We do not permit picnicking, nor do we offer food. We do offer a very fun, informative wine tasting experience, in a beautiful setting.
Wine industry tastings are permitted on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. If you are a current distributor of our wines, or are an employee at a winery in the Russian River, Dry Creek, or Alexander valleys, we are happy to offer a complimentary tasting to you. When making your reservation, please let us know how many people in your group fit this requirement.
